Accessibility
This site is built for everyone who visits it. Accessibility is part of how we treat people with respect, and it reflects the human-centered work at the core of this practice.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA. These guidelines help make the web usable for people with a wide range of abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or other assistive technology.
What is in place
- A skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content.
- A clear, visible focus outline on every interactive element.
- Semantic structure with proper headings and page landmarks.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet contrast guidelines.
- Support for the reduced-motion setting in your browser or device.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is never finished. We continue to review this site and improve it as we learn more and as the standards evolve.
